Workout DVD that helped her to lose 4st.But Lauren Goodger proved the body is going to make the sales on Monday when she showcased her envy-inducing newly-svelte shape on a night out. The 29-year-old was shining in a low-cut number that displayed her ample chest and clung to every inch of her curvaceous frame.

Lauren was certainly stopping onlookers in their tracks when she picked out the tinniest thing in her wardrobe.The brunette appeared to be hitting the town, as she strutted along in her black studded heels with matching quilted Chanel handbag. Her metallic bodycon was the main attraction, shimmering in a silver material and perfectly shaped to fit her slimmed-down shape.

She appeared happier than ever, hopping into her car with a wide smile on her face and tossing her glossy locks about.Having felt obliged to prove she does still have curves in all the right places in her recent Instagram shots, Lauren really needn't have bothered, thanks to her booty-showcasing dress.It proved that while her mid-section was muscular and toned, she'd maintained her fuller shape in the derriere and bust department.

Opening up about her weight loss plight on Sunday, Lauren wrote on Instagram: 'I've worked hard to be fit and strong I train hard and enjoy eating good clean food and give my body what it needs. 'Anyone can change and become who THEY want 2 be anyone can be "skinny" but it doesn't make you happy! That's not what I represent. 'I woke up today and I love my body and who I am as a person don't ever doubt yourself or let anyone try change you inside!'
