The third entry in the Harry Palmer Trilogy now with the flashier and more colourful Billion Dollar Brain. Although not as highly regarded as the first two, I think this is better than "Berlin", being more in the style of Bond & Flint. Although nothing really compares with the original classic The Ipcress File.
