We normally use links to direct our readers to the related articles where they can gain more knowledge of what they intend to learn or study. To add useful and helpful links on blog posts may help readers to get more than what makes them be on your blog.
-To improve website/blog SEO.
We use to add links when publishing a post on blogs so as to improve blog/website post rankings on search engines, a blog post with hyperlinks with in usually perfoms well on search engines results than the one with no links added with in.

When Hyperlinks (Inbond and Outbond links) are well and correctly attached or added in blog post, helps blog posts to be indexed as faster as possible on your, these hyperlinks used on blog post are also known as BACKLINK.

How to add link/attach link on blogger blog post text.
Steps;
1. Sign in to your Blogger account.
If you don't have blogger account you can Sign Up Here
Or you can see here how to sign up to and create Blogger blog.
2. Select a blog you want to post or make changes
3. Select/Click on "Post" at the left side drop down menu.
4. Click on "New Post" button or select a post you want to edit.
5. Select "Compose" mode on the top of the post editor.
6. Create your article
7. Tab/click on the text you want to add link untill it highlighted as shown below.
8. Click on "Link" icon at the top of the post editor.
9. Add the link you would like to attarch on text at box written "Which URL should this link go to?" above it.
10. Test your Link by clicking on "Test this link" then click "OK" button to save the link.
You have finished to add link on a text, your linked text should be changed from black to blue as you can see below.
